Since my initial phone call discussing my requirements, DJ Solar offered me a 6.6kW system using a Sungrow SG5K-D... premium inverter and 20 x 330W Jinko Solar Cheetah panels at a price that I found that beat the competition hands down. DJ was available at all hours (even weekends) and was able to answer all my questions.The installation team arrived early in the morning and finished mid afternoon.Being in a trade of installing IT systems I must compliment the neatness of the entire solar installation especially the mounting of the inverter and associated cabling inside my garage.I must also mention that all the packing and materials were cleaned up and removed leaving no evidence of anyone being here except for the panels on my roof.When I called my electricity supplier to have the old meter changed they informed me that the installer had already taken care of it. (How's that for service)Thanks DJSolar for another excellent installation.read more

After thinking about solar for many years we finally took the plunge. After many painful hours of phone calls and... discussions with solar companies we chose Dj Solar because of the personal, prompt and informative service we received from DJSolar who got up out of his office chair and came to our home, unlike the other lot of companies I spoke to who said they did not need to visit our property and could do it all from their desk, nothing beats good old fashioned face to face service. I have four PV systems and I wanted another one for my new place. My normal supplier came out and quoted a 10KW... inverter etc. DJ suggested a 19.9kw system with 15kw 3 Phase Fronius inverter. Same quality panels ( or better) for the SAME PRICE as the smaller system. The job was completed by electricians in a net, clean manner. Bit over two days and all was completed. In addition they set up the solar web for me and added it to my other sites. As an electrician myself, I inspected the roof work and the wiring to insure it was up the to standard. I and now upset that I did not use DJ on the last two job.read more

I would like to highly recommend DJ Solar. DJ was happy to assist in recommending and explaining the options available... when it came to my solar enquiry. DJ provided me with a few options and after comparing his price to other solar companies I found he was the best value. He explained he was able to provide a great price as he has far less overheads then some of the larger solar providers. DJ was always available and very prompt to answer questions during the solar install. Couldn't be happier!The price was almost too good to be true, which usually means service and/or workmanship suffer, but that was certainly not the case with DJ.Communication from the very beginning was excellent, and the whole process went very smoothly. Weather looked to be an issue during the install but the team worked through it and got everything done seamlessly.What I really liked was being offerred a whole lot of options and then being choose what I wanted, and being given the time to do my own research. And then getting it installed when it suited me at a price that suited me.
